Hi, my name is Mariciela - but you can call me Mari. My path into marketing wasn't linear, but it is deeply rooted in people, service and responsibility. I spent years in the hospitality industry, where showing up prepared, being responsive and taking ownership of outcomes was non-negotiable. As a wholesale manager for a local coffee roaster, I supported B2B clients with consistent communication, order management, deliveries and operational systems. That experience gave me a deep appreciation for accountability and the behind-the-scenes realities of running a business.

Alongside this, I spent several years as an assistant Montessori teacher. That shaped how I approach growth - patiently, intentionally and with respect for process.

These experiences collectively form how I work today: with care, structure and a strong sense of follow through. I'm driven by the belief that meaningful businesses deserve support that's both strategic and approachable. I'm especially drawn to brands and founders who care deeply about the impact they are making in the world.

That combination of structure and heart is what led me to build my agency.
